Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

1) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PEARLY) via email at info@pearlyshop.de with a clear statement (e.g., an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

2) Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any loss of value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

4) Special Notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements constitute an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we simultaneously act as your lender or if your lender relies on our cooperation for financing.

If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time of withdrawal, your lender assumes our rights and obligations regarding the legal consequences of withdrawal or return.

This does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have the right to do so.
